Ristorante Morelli brings authentic Italian cuisine to the heart of Hemel Hempstead. With over 30 years’ experience working in top Italian restaurants, Executive Chef Fabrizio Morelli brings his flair, skill, and passion for modern Italian food to every dish.
Formerly Executive Chef to celebrity chef Gino D’Acampo, Fabrizio has also led the kitchens at The Green Man in Clophill, Nolita’s in Potters Bar, and spent 15 years as Executive Chef at Little Italy Restaurant and Bar Italia in Soho. His cooking combines classic Italian tradition with quality ingredients and refined technique.
Together with Manager Nicolo and the entire team, Ristorante Morelli is proud to welcome guests to enjoy great food, good wine, and warm Italian hospitality in a relaxed Old Town setting.
